The Peak Performance Tennis Player

“I would like to express my confidence in Mr. Breslow based on the work he has done at the USTA National Tennis Center. His abilities blend well with the juniors as well as the adults….I have received nothing but praise from parents, pros and players…his attributes of sincerity, communication and ability to bridge theory into usable practice…is a positive and active force in the tennis playing community and would enhance the ETA, USTA and the game of tennis!”

Have you ever thought:

"I'm better than this!"

Have you ever experienced self-doubt, fear, inconsistency or "lead arm" because you were so nervous that you couldn't toss the ball to serve?

I experienced every one of those things when I began competing.

I searched all the books and still felt there was something more--something better--and something easier that would help me get out of my own way.

There is.

At first, I lost to players not nearly as physically talented as me. Then, I became what we called, a "tough out"--meaning if you were going to win--you really had to play well and win because I wasn't going to give it away anymore.

My losses were much more fulfilling because I not only competed better but actually played better and my wins were far more gratifying because I was focused, present and earned my victories. What a thrill not to sabotage myself any more!

The solution came when I realized that I already had all the "Power" Tools I needed--and so do you. All the quick-fix tips like "it's important to be confident, positive and have great body language" didn't do it.

Besides, don't you already know that being positive, confident and having good body language are good for your game?

OF COURSE YOU DO. So did I.

Do you want to pay me to tell you what you already know?

I HOPE NOT

Hi, I'm David Breslow. I'm a former competitive tennis player (who struggled at first), Teaching Professional and Director of Mental Toughness at the USTA National Tennis Center, Ivan Lendl's Grand Slam Tennis and the National Junior Reebok Training Program.

For the last 20 years, I've been a Peak Performance Specialist focused on helping players be their best and doing it in a very unique way that happens in a short time and with insights and tools that last...and last.

Look, there are many theories, concepts and research studies that offer you information on what the "best" players do. They are called the "Traits of a Peak Performer". In truth, the "traits" aren't new--they've been around for centuries. ANYONE who is successful at anything is demonstrating them. The traits include, confidence, optimism, focus, enjoyment, relaxation, emotional flexibility and so on.  Nobody denies how important they are but...

There is only one important question:

What's the best way to DEMONSTRATE them?

88% of my clients say they have read books, attended workshops, read articles and have tried the quick-fix tips they read and hear about so often--and they say those tips, "don't last".

Of course they don't last and you're about to find out why.

I teach an approach that is based on Time Tested Wisdom, Insights and Principles that completely remove opinion, theory and belief from the equation. They are easy to learn and are PROVABLE--so this cuts down on "processing" time.

There are no psychological models, vague concepts or quick-fix tips.

“I’ve invited David to speak at both my Chicago and Detroit Tennis Workshops. His presentation takes the subject of the “mental game” in tennis far beyond the usual and repetitive! He had over 200 high school coaches excited and interested as he offered his unique on-court drills and insights into his “Wired to Win©” principles. I heartily recommend that you check it out for yourself, your team or your workshop and conference. Your view of the mental game will never be the same.”

                                                       President Tennis Workshops

I've been teaching this incredibly effective approach for over 20 years to tennis players of all levels--from the social player who just wants to be their best and have fun to the highly competitive player who competes on a serious level.
