David was an athlete. He competed on the tennis court six hours a day and played ice hockey four times a week. One day—without any warning—while moving back to hit an overhead—a shot he’s hit thousands of times before--he found himself lying flat on his back. Stunned and scared, David realized he had no feeling in his right foot or right leg. After this event that dramatically altered his life and future--three questions bolted through his mind:  What is the story about myself that I keep telling myself? What do I really believe? Who would I be without my story? These led him to the ultimate  investigative question: Who Said So?

 

This is David’s story. A story that led him from being a proud performer, to a state of fear and then to the height of self-awareness and change. For over a decade these four questions became the rallying cry for David’s life and his teaching. They led him to discover that the old “story” that ran his life for so long wasn’t relevant any more, that his long held limiting beliefs weren’t even his own and that nobody has a monopoly on the keys to living life.
